it's very easy to do. all you need are "vitamins" which consist of crack, colon blow, caffeine, green tea extract, red bull and uppers. and a few coffee enemas won't hurt much.

I still trip out on how easy it is for her to lose/gain weight. Her metabolism must be all wacked out.
I'm not fan of Janet, but I've struggled my whole life. I think she took the wardrobe malfunction pretty hard. She more or less disappeared after that and gained a tremendous amount of weight afterwards.
I'm sure she's happy to be thin again, but I, too, gotta wonder if she was on the cocaine and heroin diet. Hope not.
She has always been back and forth. Most of Hollywood has a off movie weight and on movie weight. She's like that too, only she fluctuates like a 150lbs instead of 15lbs.
I think she looks better, not great because of the plastic surgery, but better.
