look at that scar on his lower stomach. Wonder if thats where the "opiate suppressor" (that didn't work) got infected.

Probably his stomach has been pumped so many times that it's all screwed up looking now.
Those are the opiate implants that keep him from going out and doing drugs. As you can see, it's time to move on to Phase 36 of the recovery.
