It's NOT, it's NOT, it's just NOT. It never was and it never will be. It looks stupid. If you ever want to ruin a perfectly good dress/skirt, just pair it with a pair of ankle boots. This outfit would look better with a pair of yellow shoes and that's not saying much.

I didn't even like those half boots when they were in style!
Is that Mischa Barton? Man, she really screwed the pooch by thinking she was going to have a career after the OC. I don't know one person over the age of 16 who actually likes her.
And ankle boots? Oh, hell no!
Isn't she always wearing boots of some kind? She used to wear these suede saggy boot things, too. It's like she's shopping at an 80's thrift store.
That dress is awful too. I always think of ankle boots as a wintertime thing to wear with tights. Why would you wear those with bare legs in the summer? Oh well it's Mischa, enough said.
let me guess. she has no stylist?
